About Us...
Parkview Haven Nursing Facility and Meadowlark Heights Assisted Living Facility are non-profit entities dedicated to providing expert adult care in our communities. Owned by the City of Deshler, we are managed by an administrator along with a five-member advisory board of directors. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of care in a clean, homelike setting that fosters respect, dignity, and independence for all residents.

Since our establishment in 1968, we have been dedicated to delivering high-quality care. We cater to individuals who cannot care for themselves, irrespective of their race, creed, national origin, age, or gender. In essence, we will treat you or your loved one as if they were our own. Our facilities include a variety of amenities in both private and semi-private accommodations. We welcome residents with private insurance, Medicaid, and eligible Medicare.

Since 2002, Meadowlark Heights has provided an independent living experience for residents while also offering professional assisted-living services. With a beautifully decorated dining area, activity room, and central space, you can truly feel at home with your family and guests. We prioritize your comfort and quality of life. You will value the tailored assistance that enables you to uphold the dignified, independent lifestyle you rightfully deserve. This facility features contemporary amenities and includes studio apartments, 1 bedroom's and a designated dementia unit. Both private pay and Medicaid waiver residents are welcome.
